I’m a huge fan of the ab program. Each different workout is really well walked through before hand, and I love that you can change what equipment you have available for each workout. I wish the rest of zero was like that, it would be really cool to be able to throw in a pull up bar every now and then.

I’ve almost completed the XERO program as of writing this review, and I can tell you that this has been a grueling and beneficial journey for me. Every set, burst training, and challenge Jeff has composed has left me anxious about the next sets, but eager about the challenge and effort that I’ll have to put into it. The results are nothing I should hide about either, I never felt more accepting about my body until I’ve went through this program. Beginning your workout journey now with XERO, will help you to stay active and keep on challenging yourself and your resolve, especially when in quarantine! In conclusion, great for beginners, intermediates and up (will probably prove less beneficial for the advanced, but hey you do you) at the end of the XERO program, I’d really like a, “what now” or what should I do after I’ve completed XERO b/c I’m really excited to do more to progress and improve. I’d also like my explanations on the different sets, such as what should I be targeting, engaging, or what I should not do that wouldn’t be optimal. Either way 4.7/5 is my scoring. Now, fellow or future athlean members instead of taking my word for it get in here and attempt this XERO program, and really commit to it, buying it is one thing, but actually taking action and doing it is another. From Zero to Xero
This is my second program from Jeff. I started with AX1 and was getting ready to start with AX2. Unfortunately all gyms closed so Xero was the way to go for me. Honestly never done anything this intense! I’ve checked all the exercises, day by day and had no idea how am I gonna be able to do stuff like handstand push-ups, triple sky falls, single leg squats…. as I said it was intense but damn worth the effort! My legs, shoulders and traps got gains like never before. Now there have been added less intense versions of Xero, which is great for those who are just starting to train and you can slowly progress to the hardest Xero level. Another awesome program from Jeff. Best money I could have spent. Can definitely recommend to anyone who’s willing to work hard and get some gains!

COVID has put a damper on the ability to workout, but Athlean Xero helped to make the best of a bad situation.

Hi Jeff and team! I just finished one below xero and in all honesty, I was amazed at how weak I actually was. Before our gyms were closed due to covid19, I used to weight training 5-6 times a week and considered myself healthy and strong-ish for 40 years old. I tested to start on one below xero, which I then did and gosh, the first 2 weeks were slow… and training felt not too frequent enough. I enjoyed week 3 and 4 much more with the drop sets – this really pushed me. And looking back – I now only understand why week 1 and 2 were set up the way they were – it was the foundation that I lacked. Some areas were not strong enough for the rest of the program. I see that now. I’m starting xero on Monday and had a look at a few days – this is looking like a proper program and I am very eager to start!
La verdad me hubiera gustado que durara más meses, pero aparte de eso es un excelente programa de entretenimiento, cumple con lo que describe, me a dado resultados satisfactorios.

In general, all of these workouts can be completed in 45 minutes or less. Those at extremely advanced fitness levels may find they take just a bit longer to complete as they are more resilient to fatigue and can delay muscle failure.

Not at all. Just because it is a bodyweight program does not mean that it is designed for or even suitable for rank beginners. That said, it is scalable to challenge people from moderate to advanced levels of strength.
